"Dr. Anas Natsheh" an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Expert from "Kajaani University in Finland" visited Palestine Polytechnic University. Dr. Natsheh had been welcomed by PPU President "Prof. Imad Khatib", PPU Vice President for Academic Affairs "Dr. Mustafa Abu Safa", PPU Vice President for Planning and Development and External Affairs "Dr. Aiman Soltan Tamimi", in addition to "Prof. Karim Tahboub", and "Eng. Aref Herbawi" from the Planning and Development Department.
 
The guest had been arranged to meet with different colleges and departments including: College of Information Technology and Computer Engineering, College of Engineering, Friends of Fawzi Ka'wash IT Center of Excellence, and Biotechnology Research Center. During the meetings; Dr. Natsheh had introduced success stories regarding Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Kajaani University.
 
At the end of the visit, Natsheh had a meeting with the VP Planning "Dr. Soltan Tamimi", where recommendations and proposal of potential cooperation between the two universities had been discussed.
 
On another hand; the expert is to be participating as a keynote speaker in First National Forum of Palestinian Innovators that will take place in Ramallah on the Middle of September, where PPU is also participating through 5 Pilot Innovative Projects implemented by Engineering Students in different fields of technology.
